Rob has spent 30+ years in the IT profession. As well, he has been involved with food consumption his entire life. You could saying eating is one of his greatest skills. Rob normally manages the grill, and is great with creating amazing, original sauces to accompany the grill menus. He is also a Certified Food Safety Protection Manager.
